Beginner's Tutorial
When you visit https://www.edgeswap.io/ for the first time, enter the application and click "Connect Wallet". At this point, you need to install the MetaMask wallet plugin, which is illustrated as follows.
Step 1: Go to https://metamask.io/.
Step 2: Download and install a MetaMask release that is compatible with your browser.
Step 3: Click "Start" when the download is complete.
Step 4: Click “Create a Wallet”
Step 5: Agree or disagree on information collection.
Step 6: Create your password (you don't need a username!).
Step 7: You will be given a backup phrase, also known as the "private key", consisting of 12 words. It's best to write it in a safe place and never show or tell anyone these words. Anyone with this phrase can access and use your assets however they want. So never give it to anyone!
Step 8: Congratulations! Your wallet has been successfully created! Your account or wallet address will look like this: 0x0dE2aDe7dBd54cCAe8AdE66A8598C7BC78Cf3552 or in the image below: 0x0dE...3552. If you click on this number (hereinafter referred to as "Account 37"), your computer will automatically copy this address.
Step 9: If you already own cryptocurrency, you can send the assets to that address.
Step 10: Click on the "Ethereum Mainnet" above to switch to the network.
Step 11: Connect and log in to Edgeswap via the Ethereum Mainnet.
Edgeswap uses the ETH layer 2 technology, so users need to deposit the on-chain assets to the layer 2 networks. The following contents illustrate how to deposit and withdraw your assets.
Step 1: Click "Deposit" on the left side of the page, and select the token to be deposited on the right. We take ETH as an example. Select ETH, and click to deposit 0.3ETH.
Step 2: After clicking to deposit 0.3ETH, there will be a pop-up window for confirming the deposit. Click “Confirm” and the deposit will be successful after a while.
Step 1: Click "Withdraw" on the left side of the page, and select the token to be withdrawn on the right. We take ETH as an example. Select ETH, and withdraw it to the address of 0x96346DcC5d68B9E7b0760f11D6F80708670f85e1. The withdrawal amount is 0.2ETH.
Step 2: After clicking to withdraw 0.2ETH, there will be a pop-up window for confirming the withdrawal. Click “Confirm Your Withdrawal” and the withdrawal will be successful after a while.

Step 1: Go to Edgeswap.io and click “Enter app” in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Connect your wallet to the Edgeswap Layer 2 network.
Step 3: Select the token from your assets, enter the amount, and then select the target token.
Step 4: Double-check your transaction details and click "Swap".
Step 5: Wait for the transaction to complete and your new tokens will automatically appear in your wallet.
Step 1: On the homepage of the official website, click the "Trade" button, find the trading pair you want to add liquidity to and click "Liquidity" above to enter the “Add Liquidity” page.
Step 2: Take the ETH and USDT pair as an example. Add 0.5ETH and 682.6796USDT (the market values of the two tokens should be the same!) Step 3: Click "Confirm to provide", complete the MetaMask pop-up interactions, and then everything is ready!
Step 1: On the homepage of the official website, click the "Trade" button, find the liquidity trading pair you want to remove, click "Liquidity" above, and then click to enter the "Your Liquidity" page.
Step 2: Click "Remove" and pull the percentage bar to remove the liquidity.
